We are looking for a meticulous Account Manager & Logistics Coordinator. You’ll play a crucial role in managing projects, ensuring smooth workflows, supporting both internal teams and clients, and ensuring successful distribution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
You’ll work closely with Account Management and Creative Production to coordinate, track, and support the delivery of multiple design projects, ensuring everything runs on schedule and to the highest standards.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
As an Account Manager you’ll play a key part in managing a variety of internal and external projects. You should know every detail about your project/s at any given point and act as a ‘go to’ on delivery and distribution related queries for both clients and internal teams.
You’ll be responsible for project planning, budgeting, managing and scheduling internal resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
You should have experience in project management, excellent organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Working on busy accounts for global brands, you must be confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously and take a proactive approach.
2 years + experience of successfully managing a variety of projects from end to end
Being proactive, reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time
Ensure delivery of any given project is within scope and on budget
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Awareness of creative processes and print techniques
Proficiencies in project management tools – Excel, Keynote, Monday.com (or similar)
Experience tracking project budgets
Help with preparing effective and engaging presentations
Document meetings/catch ups and sharing clear next steps
Plan and lead internal project meetings
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
International fulfilment and distribution
Upfront creative thinking to find efficiencies
Preparation - making sure fulfilment teams are briefed and have everything they need
Managing and updating mailing lists
During process - keeping clients informed and up to date
Reactive logistic problem solving
Managing import/export paperwork
Cross-quoting for competitive rates and lead times
