Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Producer who can join our production team to help manage our design and motion projects from conception to completion. A genuine ‘team-player’ with the ability to operate in a busy but relaxed creative environment, organising the day-to-day with an eye on the bigger picture.

The right person will have the following skills and qualities:

+ A keen interest in design and motion-design and an enthusiasm for delivering the very best creative results.

+ A good grasp and understanding of the technical aspects of all kinds of motion and animation projects, with a curiosity for new techniques as well as an understanding of workflows involving Cinema 4D and After Effects primarily.

+ An ability to translate sometimes abstract project scopes into tangible and pragmatic project plans, balancing our clients needs / demands with our collective ambition to produce outstanding and effective creative work.

+ An instinctive ability to ask all the right questions of clients, either in briefings or simply during the course of each project, ensuring our project proposals are watertight, feasible and tailored to the specific nature of each project.

+ An ability to negotiate effectively and sensitively on matters of money, time and expectations with the best possible outcomes for the project, the client and the business.

+ A pro-active nature, seeing potential issues before they arise and finding pragmatic solutions to keep plans on track.

+ Flawless written and verbal communication alongside great people skills.

+ Real attention to detail in the creation and presentation of all project documentation.

+ A track record of building lasting and rewarding client and colleague relationships.

+ Confident PC and Mac skills are of-course an absolute must with good knowledge of the tools our Producers use day to day such as Excel, Word, Keynote, Adobe Suite, Dropbox, Zoom, Slack, Frame.io etc etc...

+ The ideal candidate will be a pro-active self-starter who can sometimes work independently but also work well as part of a wider team. As well as being warm and personable, we're looking for someone who's smart, motivated, quick to learn and super curious.

You'll be creating budgets, timelines and scopes of work. Resourcing projects and setting project parameters, plotting contingencies and then, as we all know, doing it all again during the course of a project as things evolve :-). There will be lots of liaising and building relationships with a wide range of lovely clients, with a view to becoming the go-to person for specific clients over time. There'll be deliverables to QC before they are delivered, there'll be feedback to interpret, there'll be client shares to coordinate, there'll be a great bunch of talented folk to work with, there'll be freelancers to coordinate and book and there'll be budgets to reconcile. There really won't be late nights or weekend work (unless in rare and very unusual situations), there'll be plenty of scope to make the role your own and become a pivotal member of a super friendly and supportive team creating and delivering great work for some awesome brands and great agencies.
