ACCOUNT MANAGER (FULL-TIME ROLE)

Are you interested in illustration, animation and powerful storytelling?

We are on the hunt for an account manager with creative agency experience or a keen interest in visual communications to join the Scriberia team.

You’ll work on education, healthcare and government clients using the power of pictures to break through a sea of complexity. Supporting the production of distinctive animations, illustrations and infographics that explain, entertain and educate. No two clients are the same.

About You

Our dream hire is an accomplished account manager or illustration agent. With 2+ years agency experience in corporate communications. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, outgoing, and flexible. Who has a proven track record in crafting, delivering and negotiating winning pitches with large, multinational clients.

You should be an excellent communicator, with the skills and confidence to build mutual trust and rapport with senior client executives and brilliantly represent Scriberia’s team and services. Demonstrating outstanding organisational abilities, you will be able to prioritise well and manage a busy schedule.

Ultimately, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for the work that we do, and an understanding of the huge benefits visual communication and ways of working can bring to large organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Take primary responsibility for growing a range of medium and large Scriberia client accounts ensuring all are committed, regular customers and ambassadors for our brand.
  • Ensure clients understand the full breadth of Scriberia’s offer and the benefits of using Scriberia as a trusted creative partner on an ongoing basis.
  • Write and deliver clear and compelling proposals in response to client briefs.
  • Grow and maintain a pipeline of opportunities from existing clients and increase their annual spend, ensuring quarterly commercial targets are met and financial forecasts are kept up to date.
  • Play a pivotal role in relationship development within your sectors. Identifying potential opportunities with past bookers, lapsed clients and new leads. To build our new business pipeline.
  • Apply financial astuteness to pricing proposals working with producers to respond to client’s needs and budgets to ensure projects are profitable.
  • Maintain CRM (Hubspot) with comprehensive client information and provide reports and data where requested.
  • Collaborate closely with senior colleagues including the co-founders of Scriberia to build and maintain account plans and help develop client relationships and build new business opportunities.
  • Maintain close contact with clients throughout and as follow-up to each job, ensuring they receive a high quality of service, providing valuable feedback and hopefully case studies for marketing purposes.
  • Measure client satisfaction and act on any feedback to ensure continuous improvements in processes are made.

Need to know

  • Basic salary £40k-50k pa depending on experience
  • Plus up to 20% of salary bonus based on sales targets and OKRs
  • Probation: 6 months
