bandstand is an exciting brand creative agency that prides itself on rebellious enquiry and fearless creativity to ignite change for our clients. Forever curious, we are a small independent agency based in Soho with a diverse portfolio of clients including energy, charity, retail, property, fintech and public sector.

We are looking for a Midweight Creative to work within our creative team, and alongside our artwork and production departments. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience, be dependable, well organised, self-driven and a personality in our lively and busy studio. You will have a genuine interest in all things creative and a passion for what you do.

This role has is everything from initial concept development to final asset delivery.

This is a hybrid role, with two days working from home and three in our Soho studio.

Aim start date is w/c 1st July.

The right candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience in a Midweight role.
  • Experience in brand and campaign creation, from creating presentations that sell your ideas through moodboards/scamps/visuals, to delivering final assets.
  • The experience of knowing when to seek feedback and guidance.
  • Confidence to present your work and the ideas behind it, both internally and externally with support.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a strong passion for what you do.
  • A positive work ethos, you’re a hands-on, self-driven team player, enthusiastic, energetic Creative with a sprinkle of flair and sense of humour.
  • Confidence to throw in the odd cheeky, marmite idea.
  • A desire to step outside your comfort zone, experiment and explore new techniques, processes or ways of working.
  • A solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A good understanding of Figma.
  • Knowledge of After Effects would be a bonus.
