Your Role: As our Creative Producer, you're not just a producer, you're the don of our entire creative delivery. You'll be managing an array of projects that span the spectrum of creative work (always underpinned by strategy) from rebrands, 3D design and animation, to content shoots on-location.
๐ Project Juggling: You're the ultimate multitasker. You're skilled at managing multiple projects at once, effortlessly balancing multiple internal and external delivery deadlines and assets.
๐๏ธ Master of Time: Time travel may not be possible, but time management is your superpower. You'll craft project timelines with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker and adapt with agility when the unexpected happens. Punctuality is your mantra!
๐ฐ Budget Whisperer: You know how to craft a scaleable budget, and run projects so that every pound counts - you feel at home in a lovely little Google Sheet.
๐ Team Time: amiiigos is inclusive and we love working alongside our clients, agency partners and talented extended amiiigos. You'll collaborate to create project timelines that are both ambitious and achievable.
๐ The Globetrotter's Spirit: While our studio is your creative haven (a couple of times a week), you're not afraid to spread your wings and travel across the landscapes of the UK. Some international jaunts might be on the horizon, but don't worry, we'll make sure there's always a consistent level of snacks.
๐ญ Creative Enforcer: You'll ensure that creative resource (both internal and external) is planned and booked in, deadlines are met and projects and shoots are rolled out as per the strategy, storyboards and brief. Our founders might be proactive, but they'll need a nudge from time to time!
๐ Pitch-Perfect: Your creativity knows no bounds. When it's time to pitch new new ideas or support on new business proposals. you're able to help drive behind the scenes.
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience (either as a freelancer, agency-side or in-house)
Familiarity with project management tools, particularly monday.com (as this is our current project and creative resource bible)
An affinity for our studio in London Fields (you can work-from-anywhere outside of studio and shoot days)
The ability to manage and coordinate our strategy and creative team(s), ensuring we bring the right extended amiiigos in for the right brief(s)
