Job Description
MTArt agency is looking for a superstar Creative Project Manager to coordinate, manage and execute all MTArt Agency's Art projects.
Creative PM Job Duties
Serving as the key liaison between Clients and MTArt artists for pitches and creative projects.
Drawing up, managing Project timelines, and ensuring they are adhered to.
Drawing up and Managing production budgets for each project and ensuring they are adhered to.
Overseeing all project contracts and formulating usage agreements.
Shoot production - managing all pre-/post- and on-set production and logistics, 3rd party liaisons, booking shoot teams, location scouting.
Overseeing all creative approval process during pre-production and post-production stages
Booking shoot or project-related travel arrangements, including flights, transportation.
Supporting the team with art installations and B2C art logistics.
Organise media appearances and events.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Senior Sales team.
