Job Description

This is a creative role for a talented individual with a proven track record of creating visually stunning motion graphics. Our work crosses different formats and platforms with an emphasis on short-form social content but one thing is always the same; we put creative first and ensure it’s at the heart of everything we do. Ralph is a BAFTA and EMMY winning creative agency who make campaigns and content that people like and want to share. We’re in it for the fans and entertainment obsessives and work with Netflix, Red Bull and Sony to make it happen.

In this varied role you will work within the studio team and you will thrive working in a team and bouncing ideas off each other to produce the best possible work.

Key Responsibilities

> Create compelling stories from scratch by ideating, illustrating and animating standalone short form content

> Create motion elements for live action video content in the form of titles, lower-thirds and transitions

> Create logo animations and idents and bring infographics to life

> Stay ahead on animation trends to inspire and educate the team around you

Skills and Previous Experience

> 1+ year relevant work experience

> Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects

> Video edit experience with Adobe Premiere would be a plus

> Desire to grow and learn new scripts, workflows and algorithms to improve efficiency

> The role is very much motion-centric but some experience of general graphic design including Photoshop/Illustrator and willingness to pitch in if needed would be a plus

> Outstanding portfolio with a focus on social media content

> Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

> Superb attention to visual detail

> Ability to remain focused under pressure within a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to work at least 3 days per week at the Ralph office in Shoreditch.
