Job Description
Thinks Insight & Strategy is a research and insight consultancy with a global client base. We help engage with some of the most pressing social issues of our time, supporting brands, government, and charities to understand their customers, develop great campaigns and strategy through innovative research.
We are looking for an ambitious graphic designer with a flair for marketing strategy to join our dynamic team, working closely with our Head of Design and Head of Marketing across both design and marketing departments.
As part of the design team, you will create stunning visual work for a range of different clients, from professional report designs, pitch decks, and infographics to journey maps, wireframes, creative concepts, and more. Alongside these projects, there will be regular work tidying and formatting PowerPoint presentations, as well as supporting our video projects with filming around the office and occasionally on location at events and interviews across the UK.
Your work with the marketing team will help Thinks engage and connect with clients online by keeping our website and social channels content fresh and organised, managing client invites for our series of webinars, and updating our back-end systems to keep client lists accurate and up to date. You’ll assist with social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination. You’ll update the marketing dashboard each month with key metrics to track progress and engagement.
You should have an impressive portfolio to show us, a solid understanding of marketing strategies, and relish the opportunity to learn about the world of customer insights, engagement and research.

- Good copywriting and creative thinking to generate engagement on our platforms
- Good organisational, time management, and project management skills
- Compassionate about pressing social issues such as sustainability and supporting vulnerable people and communicating about this in a sensitive and visually compelling way

- Interest in social media trends and curiosity about how to boost engagement
Desirable experience
