Job Description

We are looking for a Midweight Integrated Designer to join our exciting, fast-paced creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across a range of media and formats for both print and digital, as well as a solid understanding of design principles, branding, and content creation.

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most exciting clients in sport across very diverse projects, so the ideal candidate needs to come with a resourceful, adaptable attitude with a strong creative flair.

TKey Responsibilities:T

  • Conceptualize and produce fresh, engaging designs across print and digital platforms.
  • Develop creative solutions for social media assets, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, environmental, motion and more.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, client expectations, and project goals.
  • Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback for final designs.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and design software to continually elevate the quality of your work.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control throughout the design process.

TExperience:T

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
  • Experience with taking a creative concept and bring able to adapt and roll out across various deliverables.
  • Ability to adapt to different brand voices and design styles.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve.
  • Previous experience working in a sport, entertainment design environment is a plus.

TDesirable:T

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience with web design (UI/UX) and digital formats
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools e.g. Trello
  • Experience working with copywriters, strategists, developers, or video producers as part of an integrated creative team
