Multi-award winning content studio are on the lookout for a Creative Director with experience of ideation across social media content and video (film & animation) content.

A successful independent studio with presence across the globe, who partner with trend setting consumer technology brands. They are a down-to-earth team from humble beginnings now boast an incredible portfolio of work. And they have a wonderful story!

Responsibilities include;

• Developing concepts for all active social and video campaigns, and jumping into 'pitch-mode' when opportunity presents.

• Keeping clients abreast of progress and answering their questions.

• Leading multiple projects from conception to completion

• Hiring, developing and managing the creative team.

• Lead and collaborate on ideation for client pitches, bringing teams together to deliver the best ideas and creative solutions

• Storyboarding or translating ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers

• Line Manage, grow and mentor Designers with regular catch ups, reviews to help support their professional development

• Overseeing photo or video shoots

• Challenge the studios creative footprint and ensure constantly innovate and drive the bar higher

Skills and experience sought:

• A hands-on Creative Director with a background in video and social content

• Ability to lead, inspire and challenge others to get the best out of them and any brief

• Proven experience working with well-known consumer tech brands, and ideally delivering creative solutions towards their b2b campaigns.

• Line management experience

• Digital fluency with a keen interest in the tech landscape and innovations

• Ability to nurture & mentor both senior and junior members of the team.
