Digital Marketing Executive

Come join our small but growing team, working in Central London...and from home sometimes.

You will report to our very talented and wonderful Senior Marketing Manager and work in a fun, challenging and highly rewarding environment.

You'll have a few years marketing experience with a digital focus/bias and be open to learning, growing and expanding your horizons.

You will work across multiple client projects in the built environment / spaces and places as well as on the promotions of our very own brands – Conductor and Conductor CX.

Client/Project specific duties

Working for Conductor clients on a project specific basis, in conjunction with and supported by a senior team member/s:

  • Social Media: Planning and ownership of Content Calendar, creation of content, social media fulfillment and management across face book, LinkedIn, twitter and Instagram including writing and overseeing photography and film porduction
  • Advertising & Media: keeping media schedules up to date and coordinating adverts to go to print/digital. Briefing in changes to creative agencies and ensuring that adverts are supplied to meet deadlines.
  • Social campaigns: set up and manage paid social (e.g. Facebook and LinkedIn)
  • PR: day to day management of PR agencies and filtering of leads and activation ideas including giving site tours
  • Analysis & Reporting: using Google Analytics, SEO/ PPC and other similar reports to create a holistic report to be issued on a regular basis that covers leads, return on investment and trends
  • Property Portals (rightmove, zoopla): ensuring that the on-site agent teams are refreshing these regularly. Maintaining correct information, creating and issuing assets to the teams and creating regular reports
  • CMS Management: Keeping client project websites up to date and making ad-hoc changes or publishing new content and creation and distribution of client newsletters
  • Database Management: Helping to segment for targeted campaigns
  • CGI and Imagery: assist with the creation of CGIs and photography shoots including briefing and on-location assistance
  • Events: planning and implementation of events including working at the event to assist with event management as well as keeping an industry event calendar
  • Project Management: taking notes at meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Research: desk-based research on competitors, new markets and website audits
  • Logistics: for example, co-ordinating the move of furniture in show apartments and organisation of marketing suites etc.

Conductor’s own marketing:

  • Social Media: Management of Conductor’s social media accounts including content planning and creation with a strong focus on Instagram and LinkedIn, including management of approval system
  • Presentations: Help to create pitch documents, Conductor credentials and other business or client presentations – brand guardian to ensure all comms are on brand
  • Website: Keeping the Conductor website (www.conductor.london) and Conductor CX (www.conductorcx.london) up to date (new team members, new services added) and creating case study content/sourcing imagery
  • Marketing: Responsible for regular Conductor newsletter including content, set up (Mailchimp) distribution and analytics
  • Events: Conductor marketing event organistaion and industry event calendar
  • Database management: includes management of existing customer and client database/s (through our CRM system)
  • Administration: General administrative duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the business, projects and to provide support to the team

Required experience, skills and professional qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years marketing experience with a digital marketing focus
  • Digital Marketing qualification/s
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign capabilities
  • Experience of using Meta (Facebook) Business
  • Management of Social Media accounts
  • Track record using Google Anlalytics
  • Excellent writing skills – ability conceive and write content
  • Knowledge of tools to reach Southeast Asian audiences such as We Chat (a bonus)
  • A passionate marketeer who can bring skills to the teams and who is willing to learn about the cool industry (spaces and places) we work in
  • IT requirements: Microsoft suite – excel and powerpoint proficiency, Mailchimp (other email software), Wordpress CMS, Google Analytics, CRM systems.
