About the Role
Working as part of the creative team, you’ll be designing the digital requirements of our jobs. You’ll have the opportunity to conceptualise, design and deliver websites and other digital deliverables with a multitude of different functionalities. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with branding and design, alongside digital.
Offer is for full time, in our Brixton studio.

About you.
You’re a Junior Digital / Brand Designer who wants to create new and exciting ways to bring brands to life through digital. You’re eager to learn and want to push your practice forward whilst being part of a young, creative team who like ping pong almost as much as design.
Skill & Requirements
- Ideally a background working as a digital designer at a design agency or in-house but this is not essential.
- Experience and understanding in digital design systems, design processes, web design and UX/UI trends.
- An understanding of the digital landscape and capable of executing design across a wide range of digital touch points such as: websites, social media, eDMs, apps.
- A firm handle on Figma.
- Experience with CMS platforms, such as: Wordpress, Shopify.
- Experience in no-code development such as: Cargo, Readymag, Webflow.
- Strong technical and creative skills within branding and design.
- Confidence in taking ownership over projects, presenting, taking and implementing feedback.
- Strong communication, time management, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills.
- Collaborate with team members across various projects from concept to completion.
- Understands project requirements, listens to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
Bonus
Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML,CSS,JS)
