We have an 11 week paid placement for a bright, reliable and highly organised individual to join the decoration team as an intern and help with the day-to-day running of our busy studio in Bloomsbury.

Our ideal candiate will be kind and friendly, with a can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm. They will have excellent attention to detail and superb organisational and communication skills.

We are looking for someone that will support the whole team with care and attention. They will have an appreciation of working in a busy, creative environment and find pleasure in being productive and getting things done.

The role will primarily be responsible for general day-to-day office tasks including but not limited to:

• receiving and distributing post/deliveries; franking outgoing mail and taking items to the Post Office

• help with couriers and taxis

• maintaining the tidy appearance of the studio and kitchen

• helping to keep the design library of books, samples and materials in order

• setting up and clearing after meetings

• welcoming clients and providing refreshments

• purchasing office supplies

• painting sample boards

• running errands for the team

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is imperative.

Any experience of Vectorworks, InDesign, Photoshop and EstiMac is advantageous.

This is a paid placement. It is office-based and full time, working from 2nd October – 15th December 2023.
