Here at the Bespoke-ly Group, we are a truly creative company both in terms of what we produce and what we offer our customers and clients. This is an exciting time to join the business, and for you to play an instrumental role in overhauling our communications, marketing and social media strategy for both our brands: Not Another Bill and Bespoke-ly.

We are looking to hire a dynamic marketeer to help us reshape our marketing output. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of our day-to-day marketing activities, as well as creating compelling and engaging campaigns for our websites, emails, social channels, paid marketing and other digital touchpoints.

You will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, branding, and all the things that go into building a successful lifestyle brand.

This role will support the Head of Ecommerce, and work closely with the wider digital and creative teams, to deliver the wider strategy - maximising brand awareness, customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities/Overview:

  • Ability to deliver impactful, 360 brand and marketing campaigns around key dates and product launches
  • Ideation and execution of brand collaborations, influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing
  • Creating great content for all digital channels
  • Managing and commissioning other creators to deliver content for the business
  • Managing social channels; Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Experience building commercially driven and creative email campaigns and flows
  • Help to develop and ensure the aesthetic, TOV and quality of all brand content
  • Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
  • Be able to analyse data to report on results and present recommendations for future campaigns
  • Follow global, social and digital trends, and have a natural eye for design
  • Ability to work autonomously, balance priorities and take the initiative where appropriate

Main Skills:

  • At least 5 years’ previous experience in a marketing role
  • Know your stuff, and have an awareness of competitor and industry activity
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Klaviyo
  • Previous experience in photography, graphic design, motion graphics and video creation would be beneficial
  • Previous experience with Shopify would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, focused & practical
  • Not afraid to break conventions

Pay:

£35k-40k, dependent on experience

Please note, this is a full-time role based in our West London office, with the option to work one day from home.
