Job Description
The Barn is a creative and production agency working within the fashion, luxury and lifestyle industries.
As an Studio/project Manager, your role will primarily be working with both internal teams and clients, helping to deliver projects, both large and small, within brand, creative and ecommerce, ensuring all aspects of the implementation are delivered at a high level of quality, on time and within the agreed budgets.
The ideal candidate will need excellent organisation skills, presentation skills, both spoken and written with a positive, team focussed work ethic. You will need to be client-facing and have sound commercial acumen. Taking ownership of projects and workloads from inception through to completion, you will work with the design and production teams, providing support and communication for our clients.
Job Spec
- Attend briefings, WIPs and production meetings.
- Produce and manage weekly workflows for the production team.
- Regular communication with clients, maintaining positive relationships, negotiating deadlines, creating detailed project plans, providing budget estimates when external resource is needed and managing expectations throughout a project.
- Filtering briefs and feedback received before the creative team receive it to ensure we have the right information and educating on the best way to brief and feedback to the studio.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within time and budget.
- Writing project documentation and managing project workflow tools.
- Reporting weekly activities to the senior team.
- Managing workloads, weekly sprints and project roll-outs, end-to-end, ensuring they run to strict time frames.
- Working with finance department to manage project invoicing and budgets.
- Supporting the commercial team with pitch documentation and proposals production.
