  • Content distribution: Working with varied teams to ensure that they receive content in a timely manner, being suitable to their local efforts & vice versa
  • Social landscape monitoring: Keeping on pulse with landscape offerings & opportunities

2) Community management:

  • Community management: Running community management on selected profiles / pages: Proposing, scheduling, posting, replying, monitoring, escalating & the likes
  • Social reporting: Running regular reports on social activity across both platforms & markets - calling out insights, improvements required & potential opportunities uncovered
  • Paid media support: Suggesting & (possibly) implementing paid media campaigns

3) Brand, market & agency partnerships:

  • Global brand team: Having active involvement with the lead Client team, across their divisions (great exposure to brands & business!)
  • Local market teams: Liaising with local markets to excite, guide & learn from them (great exposure to cultures & experiences!)
  • Inter-agencies: Working with other agencies involved, e.g.: media, PR, commerce (great exposure to brand efforts!)
  • Extension likely into influencers if applicable

CAPABILITIES & PERSONAL SKILLS:

  • Practical experience working across key social channels, from social strategy support to format & content publishing, from active community management to reporting

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, to be able to develop / explain / respond / report
  • Ability to work in a proactive & flexible manner
  • Any experience working on food, beverage, alcohol or hospitality brands could help (yet not mandatory)
  • >4 years of experience in this space (up for discussion based on past experiences)
