Producer / Project Manager

MOREVER is looking for a PRODUCER to join our rapidly growing agency. We are a fun, easy-going but conscientious team.

We are looking for candidates with strong organisational skills who can project manage a video from kick-off meeting to delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing multiple video projects at any one time, arranging film shoots and ensuring projects are run on time and on budget. Experience of using project management tools is essential. Ideally, we are looking for a minimum of 3 years experience.

The role is initially for a 6 month period to cover paternity leave and thereafter there may be the opportunity to join the company on a permanent full-time basis. This position is to start from mid April through to October 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organising film (video and stills) shoots.
• Booking & coordinating/managing crew.
• Finding, organising & booking locations, props, wardrobe and kit.
• Arranging castings, helping with cast selection, booking.
• Collating and formatting production decks/presentations to be shared with clients.
• Creating call sheets and ensuring everyone gets to the shoot on time and with ease.
• Scheduling shoots and keeping all budgets on track.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience organising film shoots a distinct advantage.
• Numerate and highly computer literate.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to pre-defined budgets.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write and communicate clearly and deliver concise instructions.
• Green screen and CG production experience would be an advantage.
• Experience with G Suite, project management software and Gantt charts etc is preferable but not essential.
