This role entails…

The Woo Agency team connects consumer brands into the Woo ecosystem by building integrated campaigns incorporating creative, editorial, design, production and marketplace integration. From Woo’s launch in April 2022, we are establishing a number of client partners and are looking for an experienced project manager to deliver the end-to-end programs. You will work alongside our commercial team, and in partnership with all creative and production departments plus a wide range of suppliers to ensure successful planning, pricing, pitching and timely delivery of projects to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring we deliver best-in-class campaigns out of the gates
  • Oversee planning of all new brand projects, including budget and timeline management
  • Oversee execution of all new brand projects in partnership with internal departments, including but not limited to content production, editorial output, marketing, event management and marketplace integrations
  • Lead the set-up of project management tools and processes
  • Lead internal project meetings, set agenda, follow up on action items to meet project deadlines
  • Manage internal trafficking of creative through the pitching, planning and production process from inception to final client sign off
  • Develop production timelines and communicate to clients ensuring agreement and sign off
  • Communicate production schedules to internal creative teams, updating where appropriate when changes occur
  • Manage costs during production through regular reporting from project team and updating of budget
  • Pre-empt issues as they arise and deal with them effectively, ensuring minimal impact on the client relationship
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Attend shoots and all production activity, and client update meetings, preparing relevant documentation and reports
  • Manage creation of project reports and case studies
  • Archive all project budgets, contracts and assets
  • Reconcile project budget and report on financials to senior stakeholders.
  • Attend project close / debrief meeting

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Minimum role criteria:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within a creative environment
  • Clear understanding of the brand and media agency world
  • Experience managing projects spanning formats including print, digital, social, photography, editorial, film and events
  • Experience and skill at managing multiple commercial projects generating SOW, budgets, Gantt charts, contracts and SLAs concurrently
  • Ability to create decks to with precision and attention to detail
