Job Description

Output is an independent brand & digital design studio. We’re looking for a Part-time Finance Manager to be ‘all things finance’ and join us on the next stage of our journey, working three days or 24 hours flexibly across a week.

It’s an important role for someone with proven financial experience working in a creative agency, production or design environment. You’re keen to learn from our Finance Director, grow into the department and work with creative people.

We’re looking for excellent time-management skills and the ability to balance and prioritise tasks. Attention to detail, problem-solving, organisation and planning are important attributes.

You have great written and verbal communication skills, can think on your feet and make decisions, while finding practical and cost-effective solutions to challenges.

The role is remote/hybrid, with occasional days spent working with the team in London. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience, with 15 days holiday per year (25 days full time, pro rata to a three-day week), plus a paid three-day Christmas shutdown.

You can work three days per week, or split the 24 hours across a five-day week, depending on what suits you. We also offer Vitality health insurance and a cycle-to-work scheme.

(Please note: the salary range shown is dependent on experience and pro rata from a Full-time Equivalent of £45–55,000 per year.)
