Are you ready to dive into the world of creative marketing and help drive growth for a small but ambitious agency? Never Dull Studio is seeking a talented and versatile Business Development Marketing Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity for a full-time position depending on performance.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our day-to-day operations and contribute to the agency's growth by tackling a range of exciting marketing challenges, both for our in-house projects and our valued clients.
TLDR: We need someone for 6 months who’s weapons-grade at developing marketing strategies, new business, and leads. This could develop into a full-time position, depending on performance.

Who You Are 😍
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth efforts, driving Never Dull awareness, and helping us achieve ambitious targets for 2024 and beyond. You'll work across a variety of client and internal projects, developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that deliver both short and long-term results, and have a wealth of marketing expertise that can offer insights into how we can elevate our strategies.
We're a small, agile team, so we're looking for a self-starter who is not afraid to wear many hats and isn’t shy to share weird ideas when needed. If you're someone who wants to get stuck in and play a defining role in a growing company then this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do 👀
- Actively seek out, and suggest new business opportunities, reaching out to brands and companies to set up introductions.
- Conducting research on industries, clients, and prospects.
- Working closely with a director to develop our business and relationship development strategy.
- Bring compelling new points of view/ideas on how to improve our new business process.
- Manage, maintain, and track our new business tracker.
- Maintain the new business pipeline through continued conversations, follow-up, and lead generation.
- Coordinating all new business meetings and making sure all stakeholders are briefed and prepped.
- Assist in the management and development of pitches & presentations to potential new clients alongside the directors.
- Build forward-facing strategies to champion referrals, and new business as a whole.
What you’ll need 🫡
- UK Based on GMT/BST timezone.
- A highly motivated person who can understand our strategic aims, and steer us towards the best new opportunities.
- A background and success in a similar role generating new business.
- A confident presenter (both digitally and in-person), who can competently communicate our offering to new clients.
- Experience working in a creative agency or B2B setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to think outside the box, and have the confidence to suggest ideas even if they seem ridiculous.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for building relationships and an interest in creative services.
- Experience collating pitch materials, credentials, and case studies to win business, and develop leads.
- Experience developing marketing funnels that capture the attention of brands both big and small.
The important stuff 🔥
- 4 day working week.
- Fully remote (ability to travel into London advantageous).
- Equivalent £35-38k per annum salary (initial 6-month contract).
- Bonus Scheme (3%).
