Role overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Midweight Producer / Account Manager Hybrid to join our growing team in Shoreditch.
This role sits at the intersection of creative production and client service, and is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye and 3-4 years’ experience helping to deliver live activations, brand experiences, and photo / video shoots.
You’ll be client-facing, creatively minded, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach - able to run your own projects and manage your time accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: Lead the production of live events, shoots, and experiential activations, ensuring quality and timely delivery across our portfolio of brands.
Client Management: Alongside our CSD, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, interpreting briefs, and helping to confidently present creative ideas and production plans.
Creative Development: Work closely with internal design and creative teams to help concept and develop standout ideas that align with client objectives.
On-Site Production: Take ownership of on-site delivery, including setup, supplier management, and real-time problem-solving to ensure seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including creative, design, build, and fabrication – offering production insight from ideation to delivery.
Budget & Timeline Management: Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.
Fabrication Knowledge: Bring an understanding of event build and be confident contributing to conversations about spatial design, installations, and physical brand environments.
Team Support: Work closely with the Client Services Director to support delivery across multiple projects and brand accounts.
Requirements:
2–4 years’ experience in creative production and account management, ideally within a creative agency or experiential studio.
Proven experience in delivering live events, shoots, and experiential activations.
Excellent client-facing communication skills and confidence in presenting work and ideas.
A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for design-led projects.
Strong understanding of fabrication, event build processes, and production materials.
Hands-on and proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
Must be comfortable working on-site during builds, events, and shoots.
London-based, with the ability to work from our Shoreditch office 3 days a week, ideally brining their own network of potential suppliers and partners.
