The Role

We want our brands to POP on Amazon. We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our fast-growing team to oversee the creative execution of our brands in the UK, EU and US on Amazon and elsewhere.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead our creative team on projects to improve/overhaul the content for our brands. This could be product imagery and videos, storefronts, logos or packaging designs. Every project is different!

• Work across a wide variety of print & digital consumer-facing projects, working closely with our marketing team and brand managers on our creative strategies, project scopes and timelines. , and drive creative efforts beyond Amazon's marketplace, such as websites, social media, and other campaigns

What You Bring to the Party

• A keen interest to work in the consumer goods space with products across a variety of categories, from Home, Kitchen, Pets, Travel, Sports and Outdoors and more

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design or related Education certifications or equivalent practical experience

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, including packaging design, digital design, print materials, logo, and branding

• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

• Experience managing a small team is beneficial but not essential.
