Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, coffee-loving Social Media Content Producer to join the Fireheart team!

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves dreaming up fun, original content and wants to be the driving force behind creatively growing our brand. You’ll help shape Fireheart’s voice online—bringing our story to life, building real connections, and growing our reach across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond.

You’ll work closely with the wider Fireheart team to showcase what makes us tick and spotlight the unique stories of our incredible wholesale partners. You’ll always have a camera at the ready to capture the day-to-day life of Fireheart through vlog-style and mini-documentary content—filming behind-the-scenes moments, partner visits, events, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Brainstorming, planning and creating short-form, vlog-style, and mini-documentary style content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Shooting high-quality photo and video content—everything from barista reels to behind-the-scenes stories
  • Sharing the stories of our wholesale partners through thoughtful, engaging content
  • Editing videos and photo content with a consistent, on-brand style
  • Posting content and managing our social media channels day-to-day
  • Responding to comments and messages to grow and nurture our community
  • Tracking performance and helping to develop content strategies that build reach and engagement
  • Staying on top of trends and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience creating content for social media—ideally for a lifestyle, food, or coffee brand
  • Confident shooting with Sony cameras, and working with lighting and sound equipment
  • Skilled with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, especially Premiere Pro (or other editing software), Photoshop, and Lightroom
  • Comfortable editing short-form, vlog-style, and mini-documentary content with a good eye for storytelling
  • A self-starter who’s organised, proactive and full of creative energy
  • Great communication skills and a genuine love for building community online
  • A passion for speciality coffee and the people who drink it
  • Extra points if you have any animation or After Effects skills.

Specific requirements:

Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.

This role would be a great fit for a junior to mid-level creative—perhaps a film school, media, or advertising graduate—who’s looking to build hands-on experience and grow with a brand. If you’re excited to take ownership, experiment, and develop your creative voice in a supportive, coffee-fuelled environment, we’d love to hear from you.
