Location: Canada Waters, London

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Our Team:

The Broadwick Live creative team acts as a central design resource for the company as a whole. Our small but ambitious team brings creative problem solving and best in class design to some of the most forward thinking entertainment and corporate spaces in the world. We deliver nationwide campaigns seasonally, whilst we manage the day to day brand and marketing needs of twelve exciting spaces.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a positive and passionate studio manager to assist in the day to day running of our in-house creative team. You will own the planning, organisation, scheduling, and production of multiple creative projects from conception to delivery for a range of both online and print formats. You will need to be a highly meticulous planner, able to juggle several projects at any one time, so multitasking & organisational skills are essential. We are looking for someone who can drive the team to meet tight deadlines and adapt to any last minute changes thrown their way, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

This person will need to be an excellent communicator with a calm, diplomatic and friendly approach to keep the team motivated. You will be hugely instrumental in driving improvements in the processes and ensuring brand standards and quality are always maintained.

This role will support the Creative team in the planning, organisation, scheduling, and production of multiple creative tasks from conception to delivery for a range of both online and print formats. You will need to juggle several projects at any one time, so multitasking & organisational skills are essential as well as the ability to adapt to last minute changes and re-prioritise whilst keeping a positive attitude. You will help to constantly drive improvements in the processes and ensure brand standards and quality are always maintained.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the creative team including receiving, interpreting & building briefs, tracking their progress from brief to delivery. Troubleshooting and sourcing missing details along the way if needed.
  • Working with internal teams to develop briefs and work-flow processes that maximise efficiency and reduce workload and drive constant improvements in the process.
  • Ensuring content produced is consistent with brand standards and consistent identity across all channels.
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure that core objectives of activities are defined and achieved and keep them informed of any impacts to deadlines / quality of work including reviewing tasks to ensure the copy, assets and links/proofs are correct.
  • Always maintaining the delivery of high-quality work by ensuring that appropriate time, resource and briefing information is provided to the relevant teams.
  • Building effective relationships with designers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and the required quality is achieved.
  • Supporting our campaigns to make sure they are well executed, and all requirements are delivered, and activity is coordinated.
  • Driving activity review meetings across the teams where relevant to keep projects moving forwards.
  • Assisting with the management of budgets and invoicing.
  • Booking and liaising with freelance support as needed

You’ll need to have:

  • 2 +years in project/traffic management experience from a design agency or studio.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and experience in managing workflows and production pipelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business
  • Multi-channel thinking with the ability to manage multiple activities under pressure with effective prioritisation and strong time management skills.
  • A flexible nature, easily able to adapt and pivot at a moment's notice is key. Working well under pressure is a must.
  • A passion for creative production with proven ability to provide our creative team with detailed, accurate and well written briefs.
  • A keen eye for detail. You are all about the details and delivering outstanding work.
