We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

We work with preeminent creatives from the worlds of fashion, art, music, architecture and film; and have developed a global network of affiliate vendors to bring our projects to life. We have a long list of clients in the luxury fashion industry.

What you will be expected to do:

  • Support and report to your Account Director on the successful development and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Lead and be accountable for parts of the above projects, as defined by the Account Director - ensuring regular reporting
  • Brief and manage third party resources / collaborators with the support of relevant departments where required
  • Drive project timelines, ensuring projects don't fall behind and delivery is well managed
  • Develop client facing presentations and documents, ensuring internal approvals are allowed for (and liaise with the Creative department as well as external collaborators as required)
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and client meetings, sharing agendas in advance, taking minutes and share with relevant parties
  • Flag any issues related to any project, changes requested by clients to the directors where relevant
  • Create, manage, update and track key documents and project folders, including decks, dropbox folders, googlesheets, and timelines / critical paths
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients / stakeholders: identities, needs, ways of working and ambitions, and build productive relationships - clearly communicating and managing expectations
  • Understand project budgets and liaise with project leaders
