We exist to make the ordinary extraordinary by creating products that architects and interior designers specify to create the restrooms of the future.

About the role

This role is part time (Monday to Wednesday) and reports to the Marketing Manager. You will be working out of our architect designed Clerkenwell showroom. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic generalist who is passionate about facilitating our digital marketing, creative, and events programme. You will utilise multiple channels to engage with our A+D audience and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

+ Maintain digital and physical libraries of printed materials, photography, branded gifts, and presentation aids. Track inventory and re-order as needed. Keep the library tidy and organised.

+ Assist in creating compelling content for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters. Track campaign results and engagement rates through organised reporting.

+ Help manage and maintain our social media presence by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.

+ Provide support in planning and coordinating brand events and promotional activities. Assist with sourcing, logistical arrangements, and onsite support as needed. One or two evenings per month may be required.

+ Provide creative support by ensuring correct file formats are available and properly organised. Assist as needed with project and editorial photoshoots. Create and edit .pdf support documents.

+ Take charge of administrative assistance such as, tracking and filing invoices and receipts pertaining to departmental budget and following up on pending orders and shipments.

+ Take charge of product updates and data entry on website and secondary platforms like ArchDaily, Architonic, and NBS.

Qualifications

+ Undergraduate degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Industrial Design, or another relevant field.

+ Previous experience with the A+D community preferred.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and Wordpress required.

+ Experience building campaigns in MailChimp, Hubspot, Pipedrive Campaigns or similar marketing platform.

+ Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.

+ Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

+ Ability to work independently or collaboratively with detail-oriented and highly visual teammates and contractors.
