Job Description
INK is a post-production company based in London, with studios in Paris and Amsterdam. We produce work for industry-leading photographers and brands, from global advertising campaigns to indie publications.
We are looking for a self-motivated Project manager who is passionate about photography, retouching and video to join our team.
They will work closely within our existing Production team, Operations team and Director of Production and Operations to ensure smooth running of all the studio’s output.
The ideal candidate is determined and personable with a ‘can do’ attitude. Accuracy and an attention to detail in their work is essential.
The candidate requires strong organisational skills, good problem-solving capabilities and must be able to juggle responsibilities whilst prioritising effectively.
This is a full time position based from our Dalston studio.
Responsibilities
End-to-end project management of INK stills post production projects.
Including but not limited to; high-volume account client projects, photographer-led ad campaigns and editorial projects.
End-to-end project management of INK motion projects.
Digest and communicate client briefs and feedback to the creative and operations team to ensure client requests are understood and actioned effectively.
Understanding the client creative and ensuring a rigorous QC of deliverables is followed to safe guard INK standards and creative excellence.
Produce and follow, detailed client facing schedules and updating these as projects progress.
Quote new projects, tracking of costs and timely communication to clients of overages.
Project admin and updating of INK tools & software throughout project duration, including timely project billing
Facilitate the creative process, seeking to make possible what creatives, directors and photographers wish to achieve whilst keeping it within budget and working within the best interests of INK
Being an active member of the Production team, supporting colleagues and peers to help achieve company goals
Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with servicing world-class brands & directors, understanding
their varied requirements and expectations
The ability to work across multiple projects with overlapping schedules / deadlines
Ability to problem solve and mitigate project issues through risk assessment and forward planning
Ability to navigate and prioritise complex and changing client timing requests

Experience
Ideal candidate would have experience in a similar creative studio role.
